Teagarden Hanover is a beautiful 16 year old, 15.3hh Standardbred mare who is ready for a new career through the New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program. Teagarden is currently located in Monterey, Tennessee and she is free to an approved home!

Teagarden had a total of 6 starts on the track and she was a two year old stakes winner, earning a total of $115,249 while on the track. This lovely mare went on to raise 11 foals at the renowned Hanover Shoe Farms.

This wonderful mare is now looking to make somebody the perfect trail riding partner. Teagarden is a large framed mare, who is sound, easy to groom, tack and enjoys taking a bath. She has been on the trails both alone and with other horses -- be sure to check her out!

Tudor King is a handsome 6 year old, 16.2hh Thoroughbred gelding who is ready for a new career through ReRun, Inc. at Lisa Molloy Training Stables. Tudor is currently located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Tudor has been extensively trail ridden alone all over the farm and it’s trail system, where his kind, sensible, smart and willing attitude shows! He has encounted farm machinery, dogs and horses running loose in adjacent fields all in stride.

This lovely gelding has started in on some flat work in the dressage arena and is coming along nicely -- he is good to shoe, clip, bathe etc. and will stand untied for all tasks including saddling. He is sound with no injuries and has clean knee x-rays. Tudor would make somebody a fantastic lower level flat mount or trail riding buddy!

Patties Guiness is a handsome 9 year old, 16hh Thoroughbred gelding who is ready for a new career through Akindale Thoroughbred Rescue at Lisa Molloy Training Stables. Paddy is currently located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Paddy is the complete package -- he is gentle, quiet, easy to handle, good to shoe, clip, bathe etc. and is super fun to ride! He has been trail ridden extensively, both in company and out on his own and takes “spooky” objects in stride.

Paddy is extremely easy to ride, he listens to his rider and can operate off voice cues. He has been started over fences and can jump a small 6-8 fence course with ease. This boy was lightly raced, has no injuries and goes barefoot. Paddy is a great prospect for a Pony Clubber or as a 4H mount!

Hero is a very calm and willing boy, he started into training just three days after arriving at his foster home after several months off -- he settled right back into a routine and job!

This lovely boy picks up his gaits no problem when asked, picks the correct canter lead and carries himself at a steady pace. He is not distracted easily, and will gladly walk over obstacles and through large puddles. Hero would make a fantastic pleasure horse, low level Dressage mount or a really nice trail riding buddy!

Laughters Legend is a handsome 7 year old, 16hh Standardbred gelding who is ready for a new career through the New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program. Leonard is currently located in Laura, Ohio with the adoption fee of $200.

Leonard raced a total of 121 times before being retired to New Vocations, his ankles show the stress of a long career but he moves sound and continue to stay sound in a new lifestyle. This lovely has 10,000 miles under harness and is very easy to drive!

Riding has been a natural transition for Leonard and he is content to walk along and enjoy his surroundings, he also has a smooth rack making him a delight to ride. Leonard would be a wonderful addition into the life of somebody who is looking to enjoy a nice Sunday trail ride.

Lilac is a gorgeous mare who has overcame a rough past -- Lilac found herself in a bad situation toward the end of last year. Looking at her now, you’d never know that Lilac was malnourished at one point in her life.

This lovely mare was given a complete makeover and after recovering proved to be quiet, bomb proof, willing, comfortable and responsive under saddle. Lilac would make a perfect husband horse or a great partner for a novice rider!
